A formal and cordial prisoner who’s main focus seems to be to make sure that everyone is looked after and cared for, despite the circumstances. Before the MILGRAM, she was a butler.
She tries to do her best to be on good terms with everybody, finding common ground or things to appreciate about anyone she talks to. While Nobuko tends to be fairly formal, it’s with a more relaxed air than anything uptight, letting her emotions shine through to those around her. So far, not much seems to upset her, and as long as she can help make things easier for others, that’s enough for her.
She is the older sister of Shiori Yoshida.
